33V 10.9W microscope ring lamp

This lamp is used in microscope illuminators by Stocker & Yale, O. C. White, Techniquip, Teklight, Lite-Mite, Bausch & Lomb and others.  It is an daylight fluorescent lamp with two pins on each end, about 3 inches in diameter. This is the same design as the original OEM lamp, without the plastic base connecting the two legs of the lamp.
